About Our Founder

Victory Administration was founded by Chief Administrative Officer, Ravenn Burs.  With over 15 years of experience in administration, event management, and film production Ravenn has become a trusted member of the administrative community.

Ravenn is a member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals and prides herself on always looking for opportunities to encourage and teach young professionals while consistently finding ways to learn and grow in her field.

For many executives, bringing on a new member of the team is a big deal.  We get it.  Take time to consider what we covered during the consultation.

STEP 3: Start your partnership

Let's get started!  When you sign on as a Victory client, we will schedule a kickoff call with your administrator to determine which tasks are priority so that you can start breathing easier immediately.
